Muted Dreams Are Made of That – Original Painting

“Muted Dreams are Made of That” is a dirty cup flip on an 8×8 canvas featuring one of my new favorite colors: Bordeaux Red by Arteza. It has this deep and rich feel to it and when pairing it with almost any color it a pour turns out so marvelous.

I don’t remember much of my dreams. Just phantom images or feelings. Sometimes I am overwhelmed with frustration when I can grasp just a sense of what was going on while I was asleep but I can’ pick out many details. That’s what this piece ends up feeling like for me: frustration of knowing there is something more than what you can actually know.
