Chromo Overdrive – Original Painting

“Chromo Overdrive” is a 2020 fluid painting that is one of my favorites and a popular post on my Instagram! I used Golden high flow paint to create this psychedelic effect and a can of compressed air to really blow the paint across the canvas board. Learning to layer different layers of fluid paint is interesting and a bit more delicate than working with heavy body paint and Chromo Overdrive is a great example of how cool the blown out layers look!
